NYS Public Service Commission Soliciting Comments

We received information from Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation doing business as National Grid, letting us know that the New York State Public Service Commission has approved a proposed increase in its electric and gas delivery rates. The Commission is currently soliciting public comments regarding the rate increases. According to the factsheet, the rate increase will amount to just over $11 dollars per household using 600 kilowatt hours per month.

If you would like to submit comments to the public service commission you may visit their website at www.dps.ny.gov or send an email directly to SECRETARY@dps.ny.gov or call toll free to the OPINION HOTLINE 24 hours a day at: 1-800-335-2120. These will be on our website to refer back to.
