The Memorial Program

The Lakewood History Museum’s Memorial Program is a thoughtful tribute to the memory of a relative or friend.  It will be permanently recorded in the historical Memorial Plaque and the donor will find deep satisfaction in seeing the evidence of their gifts in the History Museum.  A Memorial Card is sent the family bearing your name, but the gift amount is not disclosed.  Every gift is acknowledged to the donor is tax deductible.  All gifts are applied to the Memorial Fund.
