Short Term Rentals are regulated by the Village of Lakewood. House owners who wish to rent a property to others should read the Village Regulation (attached below) and submit the Rental Application to the Village Clerk.
This Regulation and Application apply to properties that are rented for periods of less than 30 consecutive days; are not part of a multifamily use; or are not occupied by the owner as a primary residence; and is rented for not less than seven (7) consecutive days.
