The Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC) is comprised of volunteers working on bringing the Comprehensive Plan to life! The CPIC is the follow on committee to the original Comprehensive Plan Selection Committee (CPSC) who brought the idea of a Comprehensive Plan for Lakewood through the contractor selection process to the public forums to the document reviews and finally to approval by the Village Board of Trustees.
The CPIC volunteers are selected by the committee chairperson and approved by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
Volunteers are the backbone of this committee! The CPIC meets once a week with an agenda of tasks to be accomplished from the Implementation Matrix.
