Work Session
The eighteenth meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lakewood, N.Y., was held, Monday, October 23, 2023, 6:00 P.M. with Mayor Randall G. Holcomb presiding. Trustees present were Ellen E. Barnes, Richard Fischer, and Nancy W. Jones. Also present were, Village Clerk/Treasurer Apryl L. Troutman, Deputy Clerk Krysten Sisson, Police Chief Christopher A. DePonceau, and Building Inspector Jeff Swanson. Absent were Fire Chief Kurt Hallberg, DPW Supervisor Thomas R. Pilling, Trustee Ben Troche, and Village Attorney John I. LaMancuso. A work session was held with no action taken.
Short Term Rental Open House
6:00pm-7:30pm
Colliers Engineering and Design presented on the Short Term Rental Draft to the residences of the Village of Lakewood. Approximately 28 people were in attendance. Questions were held until the end of the presentation and were asked to be discussed one on one with the consultants or board members. Below are all the documents that were available at the presentation.
