Flushing begins May 1

BRUSH PICK-UP 2017

ATTENTION VILLAGE RESIDENTS

Brush, leaves, limbs and other yard waste will be picked-up by the Lakewood DPW crews beginning Monday, May 1, 2017. MATERIALS FOR PICK-UP MUST BE CURBSIDE BY APRIL 30TH. NO CALL BACKS !!!

NOTE: Following this one time only pick-up residents with the proper sticker may dispose of branches, leaves and other yard waste at the prepared site on Packard Ave. Upon completion of the annual brush pick-up, residents who place any brush, leaves or other yard waste within a public right-of-way/street will be subject to the Brush & Yard Waste Removal Rules & Regulations as set forth in Local Law #8-2016. Recycling Calendar

You may view the new recycling calendar that is effective January 2017.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage and Single Stream Recycling will be picked up every Tuesday.

Single Stream - you no longer have to separate your paper materials and cardboard from your tin, glass and plastic. Simply place all acceptable items into any container.
